Topbonhair.com specializes in all kinds of hair products, we try our best providing high quality and competitive price hair extensions to the customers. In order to service the customers better, we accept the customers to return or exchange the products.
About Return and Exchange:
---Without any quality problem
If you want to return an item, please contact us first by sending an email to: topbonhair@qq.com, You are required return the item within 10 days once it is received.
1 Return for exchange: you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference
2 Return for refund: you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.
---Quality problem OR wrong products when open the package.
If you find some quality problems after getting the parcel, such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. Please send an email to contact us first. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will check it at once and offer you some solutions.
Kindly reminder:
1 All the items returned must be dealed with 5 days
2 Please keep the item in original condition, items that has been used or washed is not returnable any more.
3 Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission.or we are not responsible for any loss caused.
About Cancelling:
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1 Contacting us within 12 hours after you finish the payment, you are charged freely.
2 Contacting us after 12 hours, 3% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
3 Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is dispatched or the hair extensions are being customized.

No matter returning and exchange the products or cancelling the order, you shall be contact us first by service .
