1:what about the color of the strings?
The colors of the strings match the color of the hair perfectly. If the color of the hair is black, the string is black. If the color of the hair is blonde, the string is blonde. We can even have different color string for a specific hair color. For example we can have a medium color string for the very light blonde colors since for many of the customers, their root color of their blonde hair is darker. However this needs to be pre-programed with production department before purchase.

2:where does the hair come from?
The hair comes from the temples in India where they donate their hair to the gods as prayers. Since they do not have other use for the hair after it’s cut, the temples then collects the hair and sells them to hair corporations for a fair price for use in the beauty market. This way we can get sustainable supply of rich Indian hair, that is also fairly traded, unlike other hair around the world.

3. What type of hair care products should I use?

A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
B, Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
C, you could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
D, Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

4. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

5. How long does it last?
A : How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

6: Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the Brazilian virgin hair if you need different color.

7. Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the Brazilian virgin hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

8.Can I dye/color the hair?
A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend your hairdresser dye the Brazilian virgin hair. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use good quality products and test a small sample first.

9.will the extension stay?
When the extension is securely locked, it will stay on the customer’s hair for more than 6 months. The knot makes a hook out of the hair and links itself on to the hook, making it much more secure.

10.can it accidentally cut the kont hair?
There is a section of the knot where you can cut the knot safely without cutting any customers hair in the process. With correct knowledge and practice we can remove Topbon Extensions safely and easily.
